THE LORD OF THE RINGS DIORAMAS: SECOND ROUND, PART 3. GANDALF'S CART. YEAR: 2013.

Third part of our Lord of the Rings dioramas. Today we want to introduce you one of the most original an colourful scene that we have created, full of details and life. It is a simple composition but very effective. Here you have: Gandalf's cart.

We have represented here Gandalf the Grey when he travels to the Shire to visit his friend Bilbo Bolsón on his 111 birthday. Pay attention to all the small details hidden in the diorama that our mate Borja has added (we especially like the water under the bridge). The model has been painted by Alberto Luño and you can see that both works fit perfectly.

This simple bridge along with the green bushy vegetation and the flowers have formed this little piece of the Shire. 

We have created plenty of details such as the marcs of the cart or the poney's footprints in the ground.

You can find several tones within the brown of the earth or the green of the vegetation.
