INQUISITOR AND RETINUE + IMPERIAL GUARD SQUAD. ENCARGO / REQUEST. YEAR: 2013.

Summer is here and with him we retake our brushes one more time. The first order completed consists in a Imperial Guard squad with some heavy weapons platforms, everything created by our customer with extra pieces of other units. In addition, we have painted an Ordo Xenos radical Inquisitor. And it has a really original background. He is followed very close by his henchmen: a Karskin warrior, the elite of the Imperial Guard; a renegade Space Marine, an Eldar bodyguard, a Sister of Battle and a Vindicare Assassin. It has remembered us the novels of the Inquisitor Gregor Eisenhorn: Malleus, Xenos and Hereticus.

Miniatures chosen to be part of the Inquisitor retinue are very original. Each one of them can play a role that fits perfectly with their backgrounds. If we add a wise scheme of colour, we get this nice band. Other detail to take into account is the desertic decoration at their bases. It has a clearer colour than the uniforms, which highlight the miniatures in order to call your attention upon them.

Now we focus on the Imperial Guard squad. The whole unit has been created with leftover parts very well used, completemented with some Green Stuff modeling works. It includes ten Imperial Guards and 4 heavy weapons platforms:

DARK HERESY MINIATURES. YEAR: 2012

Our new work for this week has been quite funny and diverse. 10 miniatures, completly different each others, compose this request based on the Warhammer 40.000 universe. Specifically they represent some characters that appear at the role-playing game Dark Heresy. Our customer wanted a miniature per character, so after choosing which one could be better for each one, we started to paint:

- A couple of Imperial Guard Sanctioned Psykers.

- An Administratum Adept (miniature belongs to Grey Knights chapter).

- A Vindicare Assassin with Exitus Pistol.

- An Imperial Guard Kasrkin painted like an Adeptus Arbites.

- Uriah Jacobus, which represents an Ecclesiarch priest.

- A pair of Scums, miniatures which belong to a one of the Necromunda bands.

- Another Imperial Guard Kasrkin, but this time painted with green cammo. It represents a guard or a mercenary.

- A Imperial Guard Techpriest Enginseer.

We have could enjoy each one of these miniatures due to their variety of colors, details and surfaces. And we are really pleased with the results. We have learnt and improved as painters after this work and we've could have plenty nice hours doing what we like.

What do you think about them?

We hope you like these miniatures. It's a really cool request, full of showy miniatures. Now it's going to be great playing Dark Heresy!

Cheers!
